340 Dogs Rescued From Repeat Offender Breeder, They Were Torturing Dogs For 20 Yrs

Officers in Hillsborough County have seized 340 dogs from an abusive breeding facility in Tampa that has been operating for over 20 years. Known as “Trish’s All Breed Grooming”, this mass breeding facility has now effectively been shut down with the help of a court order.
