Dog Abandoned On Rural Road In A Hot Metal Cage, Left Without Any Food Or Water

Stockton Animal Shelter got a report about an abandoned dog alongside the Eight Mile Road. The collared dog was suffocating inside a hot metal cage that had tipped over.

Officers of San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office are now looking for the person who left the dog in such dire straits.
