He Was Found Dragging Himself In Pouring Rain After Abuser Sawed His Legs Off

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating an appalling case of animal abuse after they received a call regarding a little pup found in the pouring rain in a mobile home park in Slidell, Louisiana, with both of his hind legs cut off, possibly by a saw.

Thankfully, he was found in time and rushed to the vet, who believes a person did this to Buddy, since the bone that is exposed is a clean cut.
