A Liberty Park neighborhood in Salt Lake City is in shock after a passerby shot and killed a non-attacking pet dog. The dog was a Boxer mix and belonged to a man named Rob Packer.
Rob has been inconsolable after the incident as he shared a very deep bond with his dog.
